Common Returns Questions
What is our return policy?
We stand behind our product. If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, you may ship them back to us, and we will refund you for the cost of your returned items. Please note that shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the items.
What items are refundable?
- All returns for refund and exchange must be made no later than 7 days from the item received date. The items you are returning must also be in like new condition (unwashed and original hangtags).
What items are non-refundable?
All underwear, compression shorts, socks, custom embroidered items and sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges can be issued.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
