We Ship worldwide using Fedex, with delivery time from 3-8 days.

*In light of the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be longer than usual.

 

Shipping Policies

We stand behind our product. If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, you may ship them back to us, and we will refund you for the cost of your returned items. Please note that shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

 

 

Returns

1. Return Due To Change Of Mind

AB-SKINNY will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

All our packages are shipped out from Bangkok, Thailand.

*Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

 

Once returns are received and accepted, the refund will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

 

(AB-SKINNY) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

2. Warranty Returns

AB-SKINNY will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect AB-SKINNY to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

 

(AB-SKINNY) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

We strive to delivery your order as soon as possible. Order with us today, and we will send it out the next working day.

Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address. If you do not receive your products within 30 days from the purchase date please email us!
